They don't return calls, refuse to refill prescriptions that they said they would, refuse to tell me if they take my new insurance and just expect me to show up regardless, and they lie when they say they will call you with updates. I'd rather go to urgent care. Manager special doctors. I got better call back service from chucky cheese. This place is a joke.

This review deserves to be rated less than a 1. I had an appointment here today at 1pm. I confirmed my visit, drove an hour away bc nothing was close to me today. Me and another patient arrived at the same time. The door to the office was opened at 1pm and we both entered. I was told to go to my car and that someone would come out to swab me. 25 mins later I entered the office to inquire about what was going on. They had no intention of stabbing me. The you lady said that she would swab me bc noone came out. She actually did. I called Marathon Health to see what was taking so long for someone to swap me for COVID and was told that I was 20 mins late. There is a camera at the entrance door that recorded me and another patient entering at the same time. Then I was told that I was supposed to call 1st. I will never come to this location again. I was told that another payient is expected at 130p therfore, the Dr cant see me today. Im still in the parking lot and the patient has not arrived. Im calling the Headquarters to complain. Maybe the lord did me a favor by not allowing this provider to see me. I departed at 140pm when the 130p patient finally arrived. New Dr need to placed here

The Dr filling in for my doctor...Dr.Licetti who is great refused to refill my meds. The front desk attendant was acting as if she was a doctor, asking questions that she should have. DO NOT GO THERE. If anything happens to me, this needs to be documented.

I've had nothing but a great experience over the last two years with Dr. Licetti. He takes lots of time when you have a physical exam. He's very thorough and the staff is generally very nice and very efficient. I may not always get my Prescription within 10 minutes of asking for it, but I do get it by the end of the day. I am very happy with them.

Do not make appointments with Dr. Licetti. He cancelled two (2) appointments. If all doctors were like Dr. Slakoper this is a great office. Unfortunately, Dr. Licetti is not holding up to Marathon Health standards.
